Image of Andrew BodalisAndrew has been involved in athletics and fitness for most of his life. He played competitive volleyball from high school to university varsity level (national championship team). He then went on to play beach volleyball at the Open (professional) level for 20 years (US Pro Beach Tour from 1997 – 2003).
Because of injuries sustained over the years, Andrew sought out a better approach to fitness and training. Through years of study and experience, he learned that optimizing functional movement is the foundation and key to achieving and maintaining physical fitness and peak performance.

Since 2002, Andrew has pursued a career in fitness. He's certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and obtained the highly recognized Sport Conditioning Coach designation from Twist Conditioning.

His clients range from varsity and professional athletes, executives and industry professionals – to students, single parents and individuals with physical and health conditions.
