Today’s elite and competitive athletes need the best training to help them achieve the best results. Full TILT delivers.

This is the most specialized (sport specific) program and is best suited for competitive athletes (with considerable experience in training). When peak athletic performance is a way of life, there’s no compromise when it comes to training and conditioning.

  • Assessment is comprehensive – identifying the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses. Athlete profiles are created from the assessment – defining full kinetic chain (nervous/joint/muscular) functionality.
  • Program design is periodized – taking the athlete through a full off-season/in-season cycle. Programs progress through the full OPT™ (Optimum Performance Training) strength and conditioning model (in both resistance and cardio components).
  • Each training session builds on the previous session. Athletes are expected to follow program outer parameters (nutrition, water consumption, rest, stretching).
  • Nutrition plans are tailored to the athlete’s unique needs.
  • TILT ONLINE can accompany the in-person training (if needed)
  • Can be administered to individual athletes as well as teams
