There’s strength in numbers...

Group training follows the same methodology as Personal training – applied to a group. This mode of training is suitable for groups with a common core set of goals.

  • Sessions are held either in-home or at select locations (indoor facilities and/or outdoor venues).
  • Groups can be as small as 2…with a recommended maximum size of 12.
  • Form and progress are closely monitored. Regular reassessments occur at pre-defined intervals.
  • Working in a group creates a strong support network – where members motivate and help each other.
  • Group training can be paired with TILT Online to achieve maximum results.
  • This training can be paired with our TILT ONLINE Training to maximize results
