It’s not just about “having a trainer”...
Personal training is a one-to-one relationship – where accountability is a key factor. Trainer and client work together - to define and achieve goals. This mode of training is suitable for the majority of clients.
- Sessions are held either in-home or at select locations
(indoor facilities and/or outdoor venues). - Form and progress are closely monitored. Regular reassessments occur at
pre-defined intervals. - This mode of training can be used to achieve any goal – from general fitness improvement to sport-specific performance enhancement.
- Personal training can be paired with TILT Online to achieve maximum results.
