Personal training is a one-to-one relationship – where accountability is a key factor. Trainer and client work together - to define and achieve goals. This mode of training is suitable for the majority of clients.

  • Sessions are held either in-home or at select locations
    (indoor facilities and/or outdoor venues).
  • Form and progress are closely monitored. Regular reassessments occur at
    pre-defined intervals.
  • This mode of training can be used to achieve any goal – from general fitness improvement to sport-specific performance enhancement.
